Exhale is a free, 30-minute guided stillness session every Friday at 12:30 SAST on Zoom. No talking needed. Just a held space to pause, reset, and come back to your afternoon a little clearer.

It's quiet. It's simple. And if you've never done anything like it before, that's fine; most people haven't.
