So I'm hosting Return to Self — a one-day space to pause, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to have more of you available for your work, your people, and your life.
This isn't about fixing anything. It's about coming home to yourself.
We'll explore parts of self, expectations, what's depleting you, and tools for change and boundaries. Experiential, creative work. Reflection, connection, integration.
