Retro Masterclass
Three sessions. One conversation. Real change in how you run retrospectives.
Most teams never move past What went well, What went wrong, " and " What can we improve.
And most facilitators know there's more; they just haven't had the space to figure out what that looks like, or the practice to get there with a team that's already tired of retros that don't go anywhere.
This is that space.
What we cover
-
✺
Three sessions, two hours each
Setting up — Understanding what your team actually needs and building a retro around that. Not just picking a format that runs smoothly.
Inside the retro — Facilitation in practice. The awkward silences. The resistance. The team that's stopped believing it's worth it. We practice handling all of it.
Real improvement — Moving beyond the session. Thinking about what it takes for a team to genuinely get better over time, not just have a good retro once.

Then a 1:1 that's just about your problem
Once you've attended all three sessions, you get a coaching call with Jo. Bring a real team, a real pattern, something you're stuck on. We work on that together.
You need to have been at all three sessions to book this. To make sure the conversation is useful.
