Resources For Change
Resources for Change is a Faethm program inspired by the pioneering work of Virginia Satir. It creates safe, energising spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, discover new choices, and practice more authentic ways of being with others.
At its heart, the program is about Change • Growth • Freedom. Drawing on the Satir Growth Model, participants explore how self-awareness, communication, and inner resources can shift old patterns and open pathways to greater congruence and freedom.
The approach is grounded in Satir’s belief that every person has the innate capacity for growth and healing. Her Five Freedoms invite us to:
-
See and hear what is truly here and now
-
Say what we think and feel, instead of what was, or what should be
-
Feel what we feel
-
Ask for what we want
-
Take risks in the service of growth
Through experiential workshops and programs, Resources for Change offers more than theory. It’s an invitation to move beyond coping strategies like blaming or placating, and instead to practice congruence, aligning thoughts, feelings, and actions in balance with self, others, and context.
Here, you’ll find opportunities to begin or deepen your journey with this work whether through a one-day introductory workshop or future programs that support lasting personal transformation.
